The spreadsheet templates (“SOFTWARE PRODUCT”) obtained from mbarq technologies cannot be sold, transmitted outside the licensing site (single zip code), or included in any other program or commercial package without express written permission from mbarq technologies. You may alter, delete, or add sheets to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT only at your own risk. It is strictly prohibited to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify in any way the SOFTWARE PRODUCT copyrighted by mbarq technologies. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and accompanying written materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. You agree that mbarq technologies shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, incurred by the you or any third party. mbarq technologies does not warrant the functions contained in the program will always meet your requirements or that the operation of the program will be uninterrupted or error-free. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright.

COPYRIGHT

All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, text, incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by mbarq technologies. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material.

LIMITED WARRANTY

mbarq technologies expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT other than, when used with Open Office calc, it will allow the user to enter and plot data in accordance with the User Guide. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without any other warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you. Under no circumstances will mbarq technologies be liable for any damages other than replacement or refund of monies paid to mbarq technologies for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
